Pasta Arrabbiata with Carrot Noodles
Remember how I used to blog? Yea me too. I have been terrible about blogging lately. Not because I haven’t created lots of tasty treats but I feel like I really haven’t had much to say. Do you ever have that? Either way, I am super excited to be sharing this post today because it has to do with the amazing spiralizer I told you about with my Zoodles post. I was invited by Tuttorosso Tomatoes to share a recipes for their “Inspiralize the Spring” promotion. Chocolate Truffles {Vegan}
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and you just need to have something and someone to share it with right? Meh. I have never been a fan of Valentine’s Day. It just never has been something that I want to celebrate or was truly a big fan of. I was blessed that for most of my life I had someone to spend it with, and now I have a Husband to share them ALL with. It just isn’t something I am into. I think it is fun to celebrate things, but at the same time I think you should always do nice things for those you love. However, I…

Quinoa Pizza Crust
I am always looking for ways to have pizza and not do too much damage to my waistline. The hubs practically lived on pizza before we met, so I do my best to try and make it for him every once in a while. We eat cauliflower crust pizza at my house probably once a week because it is easy to make and great for you, but it doesn’t have the same “crunch” as normal pizza does. You know what I am talking about… The crust crunch you get when you go into a townie pizza parlor and the crust smells and tastes like it as made of angel wings.…

Roasted White Sweet Potato Fries
So this weekend we got some serious snow. Not as serious as some of the other storms we have had, but the rate at which it came down was the problem. I tend to like snow, but when you have to clean it up? Not so much fun anymore. I still think is is beautiful and since Patrick and I live in the woods, it makes for some pretty amazing views. We also tend to find some interesting prints in our snow after a big one, not sure if it is the neighbors cat or a animals from the woods. Probably a bit of both right? Speaking of critters… I…

Mexican Chocolate Snickerdoodles
Happy New year!!! (Keep with me on this post, I am going to be talking mainly life with some cookie pictures mixed in. Recipe is at the bottom if you don’t want to read this entirely too long rambling post) 2015… Whew, 2014 was CRAY CRAY… Seriously, crazy. But amazing crazy 🙂 I have been kind of MIA recently in pretty much all aspects of my life. I haven’t really been paying attention to the blog, or social media (as much as usual), I took some time off of work at the end of the year… I actually kind of feel like a fish out of water! For the longest…

Paleo Cranberry Hand Pies
Hello again! So it is December 5th, which means that Christmas is only 20 days away! Holy sweet baby Jesus I am not even CLOSE to being prepared this year for this holiday! I am normally on top of things. I normally have gifts already wrapped and under the tree by this point, I am doing poor. I haven’t even bought A THING yet. Having a bit of a panic attack. These holidays have crept up on me this year. I feel like whenever Thanksgiving is a bit later in the month of November, Christmas always seems to come SO fast! Feel very unprepared right now. I am sure everything…

Cinnamon Crackle Cookies (& Wedding Stuff)
Holy cow… So, first off… HELLLLOOOO!!! Oh my gosh, it has been forever since I have posted. I missed you all so so much! It has been a crazy couple of months. But, I am married now! Can you believe it?! I can’t. It was quite possibly the most magical and happiest weekend of my life. Don’t get me wrong, it was stressful and hectic but it was amazing. We got to see SO many people we loved. So much family and so many friends. It was amazing! Not to mention the actual day of the wedding was so seamless. I cannot say enough about The Lord Thompson Manor and…

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
We are official one month away from my wedding. Well technically 29 days today… AH!! I would like to take a moment and thank caffeine for getting to me where I am now. Without it? I am not quite sure that I would be alive at this point. No joke. Something about Fall though…makes me happy. SO happy! I love leaves, the cool weather, the going back to school (even though I have been out of school for yeaaaars). Wasn’t going back to school so much fun! Well for like a week, but still the back to school shopping and all that jazz! I also love Halloween and Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving…

Peach Necatrine Butter
Oh, Hey… What’s up? Long time no blog. Can we chat for a second? I just wanted you to know it is nothing personal. I don’t hate you, or dislike you even. In fact, I care for you very much. It just, well… Things get in the way sometimes. Sometimes there’s this thing called life, that acts like a tornado and rips through your life and tosses around all your belongings, even that lamp you love that your soon to be hubby hates. It’s kinda crazy. And little annoying. Scratch that, SUPER annoying. My life has been a jumbled mess of decisions, wedding planning, renovations, work and just life. Napkins,…
