Roasted White Sweet Potato Fries
So this weekend we got some serious snow. Not as serious as some of the other storms we have had, but the rate at which it came down was the problem. I tend to like snow, but when you have to clean it up? Not so much fun anymore. I still think is is beautiful and since Patrick and I live in the woods, it makes for some pretty amazing views. Happy Friday!! Ok first off….really snow?? There is 2″ of snow where I work and guess how much I got at our house? ummmm about 13″ and the same at my parents place. I am back! First off, when I woke up this morning it felt like it was 3am. That was not fun haha. I found that going out to California I really adjusted well to the time difference, but the coming back to CT? The time change is being quite a pain. SNOW DAY!
Can you believe it?! I actually got a snow day! WOOOHOOOO! I am 25 (5 days until I am 26, ah!) and I got a snow day! Holy moly what a day it was too! The area I live in easily got 36″ of snow. I am not joking you when I say it is probably the biggest snowstorm I have ever seen. It started snowing at about 3am on Wednesday morning, I woke up at 6am to find out I had NO WORK, yesssssssss!
