Mojito

Sometimes a girl just needs a drink!

You know those things called weekends where you take it easy and relax?

I have no idea what that means….

I work hard on the weekends.

I renovate, I work out, I clean, I mow the lawn, I meet with vendors for the wedding. Weekends are NOT for relaxing for me right now.

Hope that changes after the wedding though!

But for now, they are jammed packed. Full of getting things done, having meetings with vendors, trying to keep the yard up and renovating our guest bathroom (which will hopefully be the last thing we do until next year) and trying to have somewhat of a life on top of that.

BAHAHA! Life? Yea right. What is a life?

Needless to say, sometimes you need a drink.

You know, the alcoholic kind.

The grown up kind.

The make you forget that your house is a mess kind.

The make you freak out less about having a wedding in less than 90 days kind.

You know…

The good kind πŸ˜‰

This mojito is perfect for summer. It is refreshing, easy to make and it is only 100 calories a piece!

I have a pretty white dress to be fitting into, so I cannot be gulping down 300 calorie drinks a pop. No way.

This is super easy to make, so mix up a couple and enjoy!
