What for Dinner?
Every had one of those nights where you are SO hungry that you just can’t figure out what it is that you want to eat? I have the perfect solution for you! This always works for me… Grab your favorite wine, beer, cocktail, what have you. On your way home grab a nice loaf of Italian bread and then put this together… “Um Raven? THAT is a plate with spices on it…” Yes, yes it is! Put together your most favorite spices. Above there is salt, pepper, onion flake, red pepper flake, parsley, thyme, garlic, and oregano. Add some olive oil….and BAM! You have some dipping sauce for your fresh…

Wine & Cheese = Great Quick Dinner
Whew! I think I am done with my Christmas shopping now, “wait…what?! You are done Raven?”…YES I AM! Besides little odds and ends I think I am done with all my Christmas shopping. What a load off! I went to a whole bunch of stores last night to finish things up for family and friends. It felt really good to get it done the only bad part was…it was POURING DOWN RAIN the entire time! I mean it was pouring so bad that one of the times that I got back to my car, my hair was actually dripping water, haha. For reals, stop raining and give me some snow!!!…

Another week has started already! I don’t know about you, but this year is just flying by me. I can’t believe that it is September…I can’t believe that September is almost over!! CT Wine Trail
I had an absolutely fabulous weekend! The weather was gorgeous, I was celebrating my 2 year anniversary with my bf (9/11), my best friend turned 25 (Happy Birthday Chrissy!!), AND I went on the Connecticut Wine Trail. I didn’t want the weekend to end at all!!! We have had such HOT weather this summer that it was so nice to have a mild sunny day. I couldn’t have asked for a better day if I tried. One of those days…
….yesterday.
