    Stuffed Banana Peppers

The garden is just bursting with vegetables right now and I am loving every single second. I have become SUCH a vegetable eater as I have gotten older. I just don’t have the desire anymore to have a big juicy steak. The last time I actually went for meat was when I was in Kansas City and I was going to Gates BBQ, where I stuffed my face like a fat kid with some pulled pork and baked beans…mmmm, nomnoms. Hello all! I hope your week is going well so far. Mine is going…a tad bit busy. And we definitely had an earthquake yesterday while I was at work. Weird for CT right?! That is what I thought. Komen 3-Day, 60 mile, walk for Breast Cancer in Boston and this week I have been taking vacation from work, a MUCH needed break from the norm. I didn’t go anywhere special, just hanging out with my mom and spending some quality time with her. ๐Ÿ™‚ The walk one of the most liberating experiences of my life and it was one of the hottest weekends in Boston on record! I didn’t mind the heat though, I was there because I wanted to support those…
