Happy Monday! (don’t worry I am not one of those overly hyper Monday people, just trying to be positive haha) How was your weekend? I hope it was good 🙂 Mine was pretty easy going. Cheese Garlic Biscuits (with a kick!)
Ingredients for Biscuits: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 5 tablespoons butter 1 cup skim milk 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons sugar 3 finely diced jalapenos 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 clove garlic, minced Directions Preheat oven to 450º In a food processor, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the milk and cheddar cheese; pulse to combine. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
