I have a love affair with garlic… We go together like peas and carrots, chocolate and peanut butter, lamb and tunafish! <—movie reference, I don’t really like lamb and tunafish together. Just want to make that clear haha. Seriously though, I have a really hard time not cooking with garlic. I am one of those people who can put a whole head of garlic into the oven, roast it, and then spread it on bread….YUMMMMMMIE! Or should I say NomNoms ;-).
