The Big E
The Eastern States Exposition! Also known as The Big E. This is a fair that is put together every year for about 3-1/2 weeks in West Springfield, Massachusetts. They have everything you could possibly think of at the Big E…food, beer, crafts, shopping, rides, shows and entertainment, animals, and my personal favorite the State Buildings. Opa-Opa!
(Just as a quick side note: I was unable to take any pictures of the sushi that I had on Thursday night with my supplier…not really one of those dinners that I could take out my camera and just randomly start taking shots, haha ;-). BUT, the sushi was amazing! I had salmon and tuna rolls mostly for the sushi…they were phenomenal.) This weekend my boyfriend took me to the Westfield Airshow.
