    Quinoa Pizza Crust

I am always looking for ways to have pizza and not do too much damage to my waistline. The hubs practically lived on pizza before we met, so I do my best to try and make it for him every once in a while. We eat cauliflower crust pizza at my house probably once a week because it is easy to make and great for you, but it doesn’t have the same “crunch” as normal pizza does. You know what I am talking about… The crust crunch you get when you go into a townie pizza parlor and the crust smells and tastes like it as made of angel wings.…

    Cauliflower Crust Chicken Taco Pizza

Ok, first I must apologize for my terrible pictures in this post. I am a bad foodie… BUT, I made this after my workout last night and I was starving, I was so hungry that I couldn’t wait to eat it so I just used my phone. Errr, I meeean…the bunny stole my camera and I had to use my phone… Don’t judge me. I have been wanting to try this recipe for Cauliflower Crust from Laura at Sprint2theTable, for like ever. Right Laura? I have been saying for MONTHS, I was going to make it. Went over to Laura’s site, found the ingredients was like oooohhh shoot, no idea…

Well hello! Good Wednesday morning to you all, hope your hump day is treating you well so far. October is going to prove to be a very busy month for Patrick and I, and I have to say I don’t know that I am super excited about it. I am feeling amazed that it is almost the end of September. Holy shmokes where has the time gone?? All of the things that are happening are SO exciting, however it is a jam packed month that is going to leave me feeling like I got spun around in circles. At the beginning of the month we have a friend that is…

    Quinoa Flakes

I have been totally neglecting my blog here. It is terrible and I owe an apology to RavieNomNoms. My sincerest of apologies, dear friend! My life has been hectic to say the least in the past month and I just doesn’t seem to be letting up AT ALL. Work has been…well to put it lightly. AWFUL! SAP is literally making me want to change my career path at the moment. I am so stressed at work all the time which just makes for some really really long days. I am sure the company will get through it, but right now…it is just frustrating. The new house, which I fall in…

    Fishy Quinoa

Hello everyone…how are you this week? This week has been kinda gone fast for me so far. For a few reasons really… Patrick and I have been working to get him moved out of his apartment because we are moving in together :-), and when I say working, I mean…like we have barely done anything haha. He has to be out of his apartment by the 9th of February so we really need to get our a$$es in gear. We have done SOME, but not nearly as much as we need to. I am hoping this weekend that we can REALLLLLLY get to work and get some things moved. Wish…

    Stuffed Banana Peppers

The garden is just bursting with vegetables right now and I am loving every single second. I have become SUCH a vegetable eater as I have gotten older. I just don’t have the desire anymore to have a big juicy steak. The last time I actually went for meat was when I was in Kansas City and I was going to Gates BBQ, where I stuffed my face like a fat kid with some pulled pork and baked beans…mmmm, nomnoms. Other than that… ::shrugs:: I think I could really live without it. I think it has something to do with the fact that the beef just doesn’t taste the same…
