2016 and Life
My life has been, let’s just say…busy since the beginning of the year. I turned 31 this year. Lots of new starts, new adventures, new challenges and many changes. I have been neglecting the blog a lot this year, ever since I got married really and it has made me sad. My blog has always been a large part of me, and who I am. Something that I identify with. Hello my friends. Happy Holidays! It has been a while hasn’t it? I have to admit that things have been a little hectic and I really haven’t had much time to blog or even cook really. Christmas
Can you believe it? Another Christmas has come and gone…I can hardly believe it. It is like when you spend all day making Thanksgiving dinner and then everyone sits down and dinner is over in like half an hour. My Christmas was full of fun, friends, family, and food! Birthday Brownies!
Today is my boyfriend’s birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TINO! The lucky duck took the day off from work today and is currently sleeping in as I type this post. I, however, am stuck at work until 11:30. Which isn’t too bad I guess haha 😉 Anyways, he requested for his birthday that I make him brownies. Considering I just made cupcakes for his friend’s wife’s birthday I think he was all set with on the cake front because he did a lot of the taste testing, hehe. Family, Friends, & Fabulous Food
I love cooking for people. I don’t think there is anything better than when you have people you love around you enjoying a great meal. My parents hosted a get together for some close family friends who came to visit from PA. Our visitors used to be our neighbors when we lived in PA.
